The new guide Dubai filters gastronomic treasures from the Emiratis multicultural cuisine and presents recommendations that promise a special culinary experience. Traditional Arabic cuisine meets flavors and recipes from more than 200 other nationalities living in Dubai.

Dubai is not only synonymous with luxury and opulence, but also offers a unique culinary diversity. „In addition to the establishments of many world-renowned chefs, we will also focus on simple restaurants in the neighborhood. Here, the cuisine of Dubai and the Middle East, with its rich culture, comes into its own. This selection will offer guests a unique insight into the diverse offerings of this exciting city“, explains Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of Michelin Guides.

Dubai as a top destination for foodies and gourmets

Dubai welcomed more than seven million overnight visitors in 2021. This is a significant increase of 32 percent compared to the previous year. The release of the first guide Dubai this year will be a catalyst. The city aims to position itself as the first choice for foodies and gourmets.
